B. Douglas Haley, O.D.

Dr. Haley received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. Dr. Haley is a member of the Virginia Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Haley joined Harman Eye Center in August of 1995.
